Day 22,23,24 & 25 Toronto- CNN Tower and Niagara Falls

Our time in Toronto was a very relaxing experience, in which we got to slow down for a few days, after a busy prior 4 weeks.

After a day of flying and travelling, our first night was an early one in attempt to rest up and explore Toronto the following day which also was Christians Birthday. We slept in and leisurely headed down to CNN tower which is one of the largest in its part of the world. We were 147 stories up in the air at one stage! There was 3 different levels to explore: one observation deck, one sky deck which is much higher and only fits 20 people, and one glass floor observatory. The glass floor was a lot more scary than I ever thought it would be!

That evening, benign Christians Birthday we bought some take out food and invited some people over to celebrate! He even got a cake šŸŽ‚

The next day we relaxed at home, and also took our Christmas picture (see above) We bought these jumpers to take a picture on Christmas but with the loss of our bags, it headed up being late. Anywho, Merry Christmas everyone! This night was New Year’s Eve, and we enjoyed a quiet night in with our friends.

On the 1st day of the year, we visited Niagara Falls. Upon arrival, I felt quite deceived about how big I believed it was šŸ˜‚ I was imaging this huge falls, but really it wasn’t as big as I thought. That said the Falls are still a beautiful and spectacular sight. Unfortunately, visiting in winter means you miss out of the extra activities like the boat on the falls or the zip line but you don’t need to do those things to admire the view. On the day we went, there was actually a double rainbow in sight and I managed to capture it in on of the pictures above.

Overall, our time in Toronto was very relaxing and allowed us to prepare for the remaining few weeks of or trip!
